Introduction

Ingredients

    I packet Quaker Instant Oatmeal, Weight Control, Banana Bread
    1 /4 cup Egg substitute
    1 4 oz. cup of Dannon Light & Fit Carb & Sugar Control Vanilla Cream yogurt
    2 tbsp 1% milk
    4 tbsp Reduced Calorie Pancake Syrup

Directions

Mix together all ingredients (except syrup) with an immersion blender or whisk until smooth. Pour on to a hot griddle or skillet - use some no-stick spray if needed. You should get about four, 4-inch pancakes. And just like regular pancakes they will get small bubbles; when the bubbles pop (3-4 minutes), flip the pancakes over and give the other side about another 3 minutes. Serve with the lite pancake syrup or your favorite topping. (The syrup is included in the calorie count.)
