One of my experimental recipes.Instead of prawns Anchovy could also be used. One of my experimental recipes.Instead of prawns Anchovy could also be used.

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    Garlic, 5 cloves (remove)
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Green chilly / Mirchi, 2 gram(s) (remove)
    *Fresh prawns, 500 gram(s) (remove)
    Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Sunflower Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)


1)Coat the prawns with turmeric, chilly, coriander(0.5 tsp), pinch of salt and garam masala powder(0.5 tsp) and marinate for 15 minutes.
2) grate the ginger and split the garlic cloves into two
3) Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds.Once it starts to splutter, add ginger garlic and the marinated prawns.
`)Cover and cook till the water from the fish dries up and it gets cooked.
5)Once the prawns is fried add in the onions, tomatoes, green chilly. add salt as required. Cover and cook, stirring occassionly till the vegetables are cooked.
6)season with curry leaves and coriander leaves
