    * *Hodgson Mill Oat Bran hot cereal, 1.5 cup
    * Raisins, .5 cup (not packed)
    * Honey, 1 tbsp
    * Silk, Vanilla Soymilk, 1 cup, 1.25 serving
    * *Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.125 cup
    * Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 3 tbsp + 1 Tbsp Water to make egg replacer
    * Allspice, 1 tsp
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    * Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.5 cup


Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, flax, honey and applesauce. Blend together. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Makes 18 muffins.
