Ingredients

    1 (2lb) bag Ore-Ida Hash Brown potatoes Southern Syle
    5 cups of Swanson 100% fat free chicken broth
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 8oz. carton of fat free cream cheese

Directions

Put hash browns, chicken broth, onions, pepper, and chicken soup in crock pot on low for 4-6 hours. About 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving stir in cream cheese.(cubed)
