Ingredients

    Egg whites (1/4 cup)
    Whole Egg (1 large)
    Vanilla Extract (1/4 tsp)
    Raw Sugar or sweetener (1 tsp)
    Blueberries (1/4 cup)
    Strawberries (1/4 cup)

Directions

Whisk together the egg whites, egg, vanilla extract and raw sugar. Pour mixture into a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. When batter is firm on one side, flip over. Once fully cooked, place on a plate and top with the blueberries and strawberries. You can optionally add a bit of maple syrup, but those calories are not factored into this recipe.
