Introduction

Ingredients

    1 package of firm tofu mashed
    choped onions, peppers, garlic and any veggy you like
    1 can of tomato soup + hot sauce if you want
    worcestershire sauce to give the tofu some color and taste
    shredded cabbage (you can even use coldslaw)
    mozzarella or any other cheese that melts and parmesan

Directions

In oil, cook the onion, add the garlic and peppers. Cook for a couple of minutes. Add the mashed tofu, mix well and add the worcestershire sauce to color and for flavor. Salt and pepper to taste, hot sauce if you want to zip it.
In a greased 8 x 8 pan, add half the tofu mix. Put on top 1 cup of shredded cabbage, add half the tomato soup, cover with 1 cup of cheese and a sprinkle of parmesan. Repeat for a 2nd layer.
Put in a 375 oven for 40 minutes covered and broil uncovered for a couple of minutes.
