    Venison or Beef 1 steak sirloin is the best.
    *" Cream of Mushroom Soup, 10.5 oz (remove)
    *Swanson - Beef Broth 100% Fat Free 50% Less Sodium, 2.5 cup (remove)
    *Soup, Lipton Onion soup mix(1 Packet), 1 serving (remove)
    *canned mushrooms, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Sour Cream, .75 cup (remove)
    Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Garlic Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Egg Noodles, enriched, 3 cup (remove)
    *Sauce - Worcestershire Sauce - 3 tsp (remove)
    A can of mushrooms - optional


Slice venison or beef steak into thin narrow strips. Brown in a pan spread with cooking spray or a little oil. Add beef broth a couple of cups of water and onion soup mix, Worcestershire Sauce, garlic powder, basil, and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30-45 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup and mushrooms and then continue cooking until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Then cook noodles. When noodles are done add sour cream to sauce and mix through and then add in the noodles. Serves about 8 -1 cup servings
