Meatballs for Pasta Meatballs for Pasta
Number of Servings: 10


    6 oz Ground turkey
    Seasonings (parsley, oregano, tarragon)
    2 tbsp Soy Sauce
    .5 cup Bread Crumbs
    .3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated


Mix all ingredients. Form into one inch balls, fry in a little bit of olive oil until cooked through. Add to sauce.

  • I made the recipe but made a few changes. I have seen the recipes that call for cheese, but I know my family won't touch it so I used two types of meat regular lean ground turkey and ground turkey breast. I also cheated and used meatloaf seasoning and i used crumbled crackers and a little extra-good - 2/27/08
