    3 cups wheat bran
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 Tbsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda

    2 large eggs
    2 cups buttermilk
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup molasses

    1 cup fresh blueberries


1. Preh-heat overn to 375 and line muffin tin with papers or spray with Pam.

2. In a large bowl combine first five (dry) ingredients.

3. In a separate bowl combine next four (wet) ingredients. Pour into bran-flour mixture. Do not overmix. Fold in blueberries.

4. Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins and bake in pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes.

    I just did a batch with my frozen blueberries that I had been saving from the summer and WHOA ! I will be doing this again .
    I also added - 1 cup of ground flaxseed and 1 cup of white flour ( because I didnt have whole wheat ) love the
