    Wilcox Family Farms 100% Egg Whites
    Egg, fresh
    Cottage Cheese Low Fat
    Feta Cheese
    Green Onions
    Fresh Parsley
    Mushrooms, fresh
    fresh oregano leaves


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl & whisk for 1 minute. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Stirring as you go along, fill each muffin cup 2/3 full with egg mixture. Bake on 350 for 15-20 minutes.
