    whole-wheat flour 1 1/2 cups ---
    crushed grapenut flakes 1/2 cup ---
    baking soda 2 tsp ---
    evaporated skim milk 3/4 cup ---
    eagg beater's 1/2 cup
    brown sugar 1 Tbsp ---
    canola oil 1 Tbsp ---
    vanilla 2 tsp ---
    Nonstick cooking spray 1 ea


Combine all ingredients and mix util blended. Drop batter, 1/4 cup at a time, onto a hot griddle sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. cook until brown on both sides, turning once, about 5-6 minutes. Serve with jam or fruit if desired.
