    1 medium onio, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 tsp. cumin
    2 tsp. chili powder
    3/4 cup water
    1 can (15 1/2ounce black beans, drained and rinsed
    4 whole wheat tortillas (10inch)
    1/2 reduced fat sour cream
    1 cup salsa
    8 ounces reduced fat cheedar cheese


Saute onion in pan sprayed with cooking spray for 5 minutes. Add garlci cook another minute. Add ground beef, chili powder, cumin. Cook till no longer pink, add water and black beans, bring mixture to boil. Stir occasionally unitl all liquid evaporates. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Trim 3 of tortillas to fit 9 inch springform pan. Spray pan with non stick spray. Press tortilla into bottom of pan. Spread 2 tbsp. sour cream on tortilla, followed by 1/4 cup slasa. Sppon and spread one fouorth of beef mixture folowed by a quarter of cheese. Place trimmed tortilla on top. Repeat layers. Top tortilla will be the untrimmed tortilla. Top with remaining chees

Back until heated through about 30 minutes. Cool to 10 minutes. Remove spring form pan rim. Slice into 8 wedges.
