    *RoTel Milder Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, 1 can
    *great value fat free sour cream, 4 tbsp
    *mintue brown rice, 4 serving
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz


In large sacepan brown and drain ground turkey. Add black beans and tomatoes. Heat serve over steamd rice. Top with sour cream.
