Ingredients

    One can of Chicken (or Tuna if you prefer)
    One can of creamed soup (you can also use reduced sodium and low fat variations)
    2 Carrots
    2 Celery Stalks
    1 Cup of Egg Noodles

Directions

Steam chopped carrots and celery for about 10 minutes (not necessary if you want your veggies to have a little snap to them). While doing this also bring water to a boil and cook the egg noodles through.

In a casserole dish, place all ingredients in and mix together. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Makes 3-4 servings.
