    White Bread, 2 slice
    Provolone Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz)
    American Cheese, 1 slice (3/4 oz)
    Butter, salted, 1.5 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)


Spread butter on one side of each piece of bread place cheeses in between. Grill in a skillet on both sides until crispy lt. brown & cheese is melted

  • I used light wheat bread and 2 slices of reduced fat provolone. I also used spray margarine(5 sprays). Less fat and more fiber this way. - 9/24/10
