    3 cups Marie Callender's Baking Mix
    1 large egg
    1 cup blueberries (fresh preferred but you can use unsweetend frozen.
    1 cup water


Combine wet ingredients well in bowl. Add blueberries, mix well. Add MC multigrain Baking Mix to mixing bowl. Blend all ingredients in bowl until lumps disappear. About 20 strokes. Do not overmix.
Prepare muffin pan with paper cups or pan spray.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake immediately @ 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes.
