Ingredients

    Roasted chicken breast
    *Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles, 8 oz (remove)~8- noodles
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Newman's Own Vodka Sauce, 1 jar
    Spinach, fresh, 1.5 cup
    *Cottage Cheese, 2% Great Value, 1 16 oz container
    *Kraft Italian Five Cheese blend shredded cheese, 1.25 cup (remove)
    Garlic salt

Directions

1. Cook *8 lasagna noodles according to directions. Drain & cool
2. While noodles are cooking, shred chicken & place in a large bowl
3. Dice spinach & add to chicken along with container of cottage cheese & 3/4 cup of shredded Italian cheese blend or Mozzarella cheese. Add garlic salt & oregano & mix well.
4. To one noodle, place ~ 1/8 of chicken/spinach mixture in the center. Fold over to form a roll & place seam side down in casserole dish. Repeat with other noodles.
5. Pour vodka sauce over all noodles & top with remaining Italian cheeses.
6. Bake covered (foil) at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Remove foil and continure cooking for 10 minutes.
