    4 - 5 oz chicken breasts (if making for family)
    6oz container plain nonfat yogurt
    1 cup italian style bread crumbs


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Dip chicken in yogurt then roll in breadcrumbs. For best results, place a cooling rack over a baking sheet to keep bottom from getting soggy. Place chicken on cooling rack.
