2 teaspoon tap water
36 ounces whole Almonds
1/2 cup of Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

1) Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Lightly a large ovenproof pan.
2) Lightly beat the egg white; add water, and beat until frothy but not stiff.
3) Combine the Splenda and cinnamon; add to the egg whites. Place nuts in a ziplock bag; add the egg white mixture. Close and toss to coat. Spread evenly on the prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, stirring occasionally (about every 15 minutes), until golden. Allow to cool, then store nuts in airtight containers.
