    1 quart container of low fat vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 package fat free, sugar free chocolate instant pudding
    1 cup whipped topping, thawed
    1/4 cup of chunky peanut butter


Empty container of softened ice cream into large bowl. Add instant pudding, whipped topping, and peanut butter. Stir gently until thoroughly mixed. Spray two pie plates with non-stick vegetable spray and pour mixture evenly into the plates. Place in freezer and let set at least five hours. Serves: 10
