Really tasty chicken breast!! Really tasty chicken breast!!

    Chicken Breasts, no skin - 2, cut in half (4 pieces

    Combine & mix well for Marinade:
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Lemon Juice, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove, diced
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp

    Roll chicken in this before baking:
    Flour, white, .5 cup
    Oregano, ground, 1/4 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Pepper, 1/4 tsp


Marinate chicken breasts at least 2 hours (I do overnight).
When ready to cook, remove from marinade and roll in dry mixture, coating thoroughly. Spray lightly with olive oil (or dip in melted butter -- I don't use the butter).
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees in a shallow pan for 50-60 min.
