Ingredients

    4 medium potatoes
    3 green onions
    1 small white onion
    1/2 of a large zucchini
    5 oz frozen broccoli (just guesstimate)
    16 oz extra lean ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

brown the hamburger while you slice the potatoes. Cut up the rest of your veggies and combine all of your ingredients in a 5 qt oven safe container. add 1 cup water. cover and bake at 400 for 1 hour.
