4 Tablespoons Balsmic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Ingredients

    From Recipe By Opera Mom
    In a large skillet place sliced sausage and barely cover with water. Add Balsamic Vinegar. Bring to a boil allowing water to evaporate. Your sausage will have a nice crust to it. Remove from pan and keep warm.
    Add olive oil. Saute pepper and onions until soft. Add sausage and mix together.
    Season as necessary

    Add grilled chicken breast for extra protein.
