Prego Italian Sauce - Mushroom & Garlic, 1 jar
24 oz Fresh Mushrooms
1 medium Onion
3 cups fresh Spinach
Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles, (half a box)
7 oz Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
16 oz Fat-Free Ricotta Cheese
0.5 cup Egg Whites
Directions
Sweat the mushrooms and onions until the mushrooms are reduced
Mix the egg whites and ricotta cheese
Ladle a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the pan
Cover with a layer of uncooked lasagna noodle
Follow with half of ricotta/egg mixture
Follow with half the mushroom/onions
Follow with half the spinach
Follow with a layer of sauce
Follow with half the mozzarella
Repeat
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
