    1/2 C banana, sliced
    1 6-oz container vanilla fat-free yogurt
    1/2 C 1% milk
    3 ice cubes


combine ingredients in a blender. blend on low speed to combine ingredients. Switch to high and blend 30-45 seconds. Makes 2 servings.
