Drop biscuits from scratch, from Betty Crocker's Cookbook. Drop biscuits from scratch, from Betty Crocker's Cookbook.
Number of Servings: 12


    2 cups flour
    3 T Baking Powder
    1 t. Salt,
    1/4 cup shortening
    1 cup milk, 2%


Mix dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Add milk. Stir until mixed. Drop by teaspoonful onto baking sheet.

Bake at 450 degrees for 16 minutes or until golden.
Makes 12.
