    Cup of 1% Milk, Cup of crushed ice, scoop of protein powder, and scoop of powder instant flavored coffee.


Put ice, milk, instant flavored coffee powder and protein powder in blender, blend until smooth. This is a great change in flavor from average protein drinks, and quick fix and go out the door. You can fix and pour in small dixie cups, smaller than one serving, stick a popsicle stick in cover with cling wrap and freeze for a great post workout cool snack.
