    * Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Lasagna (8 oz box), 8 oz
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large
    * Garlic powder, 1.5 tbsp
    * *Sorrento Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese, 15 oz
    * *Barilla Marinara Sauce, 3 cup
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.25 cup
    * Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 16oz
    * Spinach, frozen, 1.0 package (10 oz)


1. Mix defrosted drained spinach with one egg, a 15 ounce cup of part skim ricotta, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese and garlic to taste.

2. spread 1/3 jar of marinara sauce at bottom of pan, layer with 4 lasagna strips, spread one -half of the spinach/ricotta cheese mixture.

3. layer one cup (one-third) of the mozzarella.

4. Spread one-third of the marinara sauce

5. Lay down 4 more lasagna strips

6. Spread the 2nd half of the spinach/ricotta chhese mixture

7. Sprinkle the 2nd third of the mozzarella

8 Lay down 4 more lasagna strips'

9 spread balance of sauce

10 sprinkle the balance of the mozzarella cheese

Cover with aluminum foil and bake covered at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes or until lasagna is bubbling.
