Introduction

Ingredients

    1 box of Healthy Harvest whole wheat lasagna
    1 large jar of Prego spaghetti sauce of choice
    1 pound of hamburger of choice
    1 1/2 large bags of mozzerella cheese
    1 cup onions chopped
    1 cup green peppers chopped
    2 tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tbsp. black pepper

Directions

Boil lasagna noodles until half done, rinse under cold water.
Meanwhile in large skillet, saute onions, green pepper, hamburger and spices until done.
Heat oven to 325-350 degrees.
Coat large casserole dish with cooking spray.
Layer meat sauce, noodles, meat sauce, parm cheese, mozzerella cheese until dish filled to top, may need extra dish. Bake in oven for 1-1 1/2 hours until cheese is melted and brown.
