Ingredients

    ground turkey (20 ounce)
    pinto beans (15 ounce)
    black beans (15 ounce)
    white beans (15 ounce)
    crushed tomato (28 ounce)
    diced tomato (28 ounce)
    1/3 cup chili powder
    1 diced onion
    1 clove garlice crushed
    1 Tbl olive oil
    1/2 cup diced bell pepper
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a big pot sautee onions in olive oil. Add turkey and cook until done. Add chili powder and cook for 1 min. Add tomatoes, beans (drained), seasonings. Bring to a boil. Turn down and simmer for 1 hour.

Put a dollop of fat free sour cream on top. Sprinkle with fat free cheese if you like.
