Introduction

Second smoothie recipe....tried this morning...my students liked it. Second smoothie recipe....tried this morning...my students liked it.

Ingredients

    1 Mango
    1/2 cup Blueberries
    1/4 cup pomegranate blueberry juice
    2 1/2 cups spinach leaves
    1/8 cup pineapples
    1 scoop EAS protein powder (optional)

Directions

Mix all together in blender...I usually put spinach leaves and juice in blender first to completely liquefy the spinach.
I also freeze these and eat them as slushies.
