    2 cups meatless spaghetti sauce
    1 cup water
    1 can (15 oz) Red kidney beans, drained
    10 pkg frozen corn
    1 envelope chili seasoning mix
    2 cups Ricotta cheese
    1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    12 lasagna noodles, uncooked


Combine spaghetti sauce, water, beans, corn, and chili seasoning mix. Spread 1 cup of the combined sauce over the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Arrange 4 uncooked noodles over the combined sauce. (3 lengthwise, and 1 crosswise) Cover the noodles with 1 cup of the combined sauce. Spread half the ricotta over the sauce layer. Arrange another 4 pieces of the lasagna noodles over the rocotta layer and top with one cup of the combined sauce. Spread the remaining ricotta over the top. Arrange the final 4 pieces of lasagna noodles over the ricotta. Cover the casserole with the remaining combined sauce. Wrap pan tightly with foil and freeze, or let sit at least overnight. Thaw (if frozen) bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover the lasagna, sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered for 15 minuts more. Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
