    6 bone/skinless Chicken Breasts
    8 oz Baby Portabella Mushrooms
    Can of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1.5 cups Marsala Cooking Wine
    .75 cup Fontina Cheese, shredded
    5-20 squirts of spray butter


In a large skillet, saute the chicken breasts and mushrooms in butter. Once chicken is lightly browned on all sides, add the soup (undiluted) and Marsala wine. Cover and simmer until chicken is no longer pink inside, about 20 minutes. Ready to serve!
