    10 gm goat cheese
    4 cups chopped collard greens
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 red pepper
    1 leek
    2 tbs of 365 Ginger Soy dressing
    225 gm of firm tofu


saute leeks and peppers until soft and greens and cook until soft
saute tofu in sesame oil and then in ginger soy sauce
combine, top with crumbled cheese
