Ingredients

    1 cup cornmeal
    1 cup flour
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp baking powder
    2 eggs
    1.25 c milk
    2 tbsp oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Grease square baking pan, muffin tin, or corn stick pan.
Sift dry ingredients.
Beat eggs, milk and oil in separate bowl. Add to dry ingredients and beat gently until thoroughly mixed. Pour into prepared pan and bake 15-20 minutes.
