    1 LB Lean Ground Beef
1 Can (15.5 oz) Seasoned Chili Beans
1 Can (28 oz) Crushed Tomatoes
1 Can (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes

    1/2 Red Onion, diced
    1-2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 of a 3.5 oz jar of Chili Powder

In a pan, brown ground beef and fresh minced garlic. Sprinkle with a little chili powder while cooking. In a large pot, combine all ingredients. Add hamburger meat. Cover and simmer for at least 1 hour stirring occasionally.

*** Add your red pepper to taste. We like our chili to be on the spicy side.

Make approx. 7 one-cup servings.
