    1 cup brown rice uncooked
    6 oz Hillshire Farm Beef Smoked Sausage
    1 boneless skinless chicken breast
    1/2 lb shrimp - peeled, raw
    1/4 cup onion chopped
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 tsp Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
    2 1/2 c Water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 tsp EVOO
    1 tbsp Vegetable oil


Makes 5 - 1 cup servings. Because of the rice and meat, 1 serving is plenty!

Rice (cook the way you like these instructions are optional)
Heat vegetable oil. "Fry" rice with till toasted. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water. Add Water. Reduce temp cook for 45 min.

When you only have about 20 minutes left on rice begin the rest of the dish. Heat EVOO in pan, add onion and garlic once hot. Dice chicken and add to pan. When chicken is almost done add sausage and shrimp. season with creole seasoning. rice and meats should be cooked through around same time. Add rice to meats and allow to heat through.

When done use 1 cup measuring cup to measure out 1 serving.
