Ingredients

    (2) Large eggs
    (1) cup Half and Half
    pinch freshly ground Nutmeg
    (1) 9" frozen pie crust

The rest of the ingredients are up to you! Use about 8 oz of 'dry ingredients" total. I added:

    (3) oz fresh broccoli, steamed
    (3) oz Tillamook medium Cheddar cheese
    (2) oz Turkey meat

Directions

Makes 1 9" pie, 8 servings.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place frozen pie crust on baking sheet to ensure that spillage will not end up all over your oven. Add the dry ingredients evenly (this is the list of (3) items of your choosing) to the bottom of the pie crust. Mix together the eggs, half and half and nutmeg until well combined, then add to the top of the pie. It will look crowded, but there is very little "rising" in the cooking process and that is what the sheet pan is there for.

Place in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes or until the outer edges are set and the center is slightly "jiggly."

Allow to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. This will allow the pie to settle and will enable easier access without all the mess!
