Introduction

We make this frequently, my son asks for it specifically if we're having tacos (he's 9).

You can add tomatoes if you can have more carbs

Ingredients

    2 haas avocados, mashed
    dash of salt
    juice of 1 lime
    fresh black pepper
    1/2 tsp cayenne
    1/4 red onion, diced
    2 cloves fresh garlic
    1 tsp cilantro, chopped coursely

Directions

Mash avocados first, I like to leave it course
Add the rest of ingredients and chill until ready to serve
