Introduction

I serve these without a bun and with tzaziki sauce instead of mayo or ketchup.

I also add fresh, chopped mint, but that wasn't an ingredient in the list.

Ingredients

    1 lbs ground turkey
    5 sprigs fresh dill, chopped
    1 tsp mint, chopped
    dash of salt
    2 gloves crushed garlic
    4 oz feta

Directions

Turn skillet on med high heat

mix ingredients and divide into 4 sections. Roll in a ball and flatten. Cook until the inside is no longer pink (I have a poulty gauge that I use to check the inside temp).

Serve with salad and tzaziki
