    100g zucchini
    50g vital wheat gluten powder
    200g mushrooms
    100g anti pasto mushrooms
    50g onion
    50g spinach
    2tbspn soy sauce


1) Make seitan by adding water to vital gluten powder and desired spices til it comes togther. Knead - set aside for 5 mins. Cut and simmer for ten minutes in veg stock.

2) Fry all ingerdinents - add soy sauce.
