Ingredients

    2/3 cup egg noodles, cooked
    2 cups mushrooms
    2 TbspFlour
    2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    2 tsp lemon zest
    1 cup skim milk
    pinch of dried thyme
    2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
    nonfat cooking spray
    salt and pepper to tast


Directions

Coat skillet with nonfat cooking spray, add mushrooms and saute until tender. Stir in flour, lemon juice and lemon zest. Gradually add milk and thyme. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Cook approximately 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in noodles and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes 2 servings
