Ingredients

3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup Chobani plain yogurt (was supposed to be sour cream)
1 package vanilla instant pudding (3.4 ounces)
1 can crushed pineapple in juice – undrained (8 ounces)
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted, divided
Toast in shallow pan in oven 350 for 7 min or until brown
1 lime
Directions
1. combine milk, yogurt (or sour cream) and pudding mix in bowl and whisk until smooth
2. Stir in pineapple with juice and 1/3 cup of the coconut. Zest lime to measure 1 teaspoon. Juice lime to measure 1 teaspoon. Stir lime zest and juice into dip. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 min before serving.
3. Spoon dip into serving bowl, sprinkle with remaining coconut
Makes about 2 cups, serving is 3 Tbls
use with: strawberries, honey dew melon, cantaloupe, grapes, pineapple, banana
