Number of Servings: 6

    FOR "crust":
    4 ounces cream cheese, softened
    4 eggs
    1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan
    2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (and any others you like )

    On TOP:
    1/2 cup pizza sauce
    1 cup mozzarella cheese
various pizza toppings (I chose turkey pepperoni, green peppers, and onions)

Preheat oven 375 degrees.
With mixer, blend softened cream cheese and eggs together until smooth. Add Parmesan cheese and heavy cream and continue mixing. Add spices such as garlic powder. Spray cookie sheet and evenly spread out 2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Pour the batter evenly over the cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes until the top is brown.

Spread your sauce and toppings and cover with the rest of the cheese. Put back in the over for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts.

I am amazed! This recipe is quite the treasure! Yummo! My fiance is diabetic so he rarely gets to satisfy his pizza cravings. When I made this low carb version he couldn't stop raving about it. This will be a favorite in our home for sure! - 8/16/10

  • It was yummy good. I made it exactly as the recipe called for. Hubby & I are on low carb diet so haven't had pizza in a while. This hit the spot. Very filling, too. - 10/2/15

  • The calorie count seems to be pretty low - I checked this recipe using all low-fat or fat free ingredients and was in the 300 range. It is so amazingly good though! And still fewer calories than a regular pizza! Leaves you feeling very satisfied. Increasing serving size=12 brings you in range. - 5/9/15

  • My Atkins hubby gives really high praise - tastes just like pizza. I do, however, change to reg cream cheese instead of FF. Also, the nut facts seem off in the calculator - the amount of mozzarella appears to be misfigured. I also use no salt tomato sauce and add spices instead of pizza sauce - 10/27/14

  • We love pizza but the crust is always a problem when you're watching carbs. This recipe is awesome and delicious! I actually didn't have cream for the crust mix, so I tried using plain yogurt and it turned out just great! Thanks! - 4/2/13

  • The crust is very good. I made half the recipe and baked it in a greased 10" pyrex pie pan. I topped mine with fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, and fresh mozzarella and stuck it back in the oven to melt the cheese. - 9/4/12

  • DELISH!!! The only thing I did a little different was I put a thin layer of tomato paste and then some pixxa sauce on top of that just to give it a real zingy tomato taste...YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY. My husband is a very picky eater and he loved it :) This recipe will be a weekly staple in our house... - 9/1/11

  • I thought this was delicious. This is the first low carb pizza I've made. I made the crust with half mozz, half sharp cheddar, because i didn't have enough for the cup on top if I didnt do that. And I also didn't have any pizza sauce, so I used a 2/3 of the cute little italian tomato paste. Yum! - 7/23/11
