    1 # ground Turkey
    1 1.25 oz package of taco seasoning( I used HyVee brand)
    1 15.5 oz can red kidney beans (or any kind you want)
    1 medium chopped fresh (3 Roma) tomato


This makes about 8 servings
Brown ground turkey with taco seasoning. Then add beans and simmer on low for about 10 minutes.
For a Gluten free meal put into corn shells and add favorite toppings.
