    1 Pkt Arora Creations for (Gobi) Cauliflower
    0.25 Cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
    0.25 Cup Ginger, sliced
    0.25 Cup Green Chili, chopped
    2 Plum Tomatoes, chopped
    3 lbs Cauliflower, cut into flowerets
    0.25 Cup Cilantro, chopped


1. Heat oil in large pan over medium heat for 1 minute.
2. Add Ginger, Green Chili, and Tomatoes. Stir evenly for about 1 minute.
3. Add Arora Creations (Gobi) Cauliflower Spice mix and stir evenly for about 2 minutes.
4. Add 0.5 Cup water, Cauliflower and cook over medium heat for about 20 minute, stirring occasionally.
5 Remove from heat and add chopped cilantro as garnish.

You can adjust the heat by increasing or decreasing the amount of chili peppers, and the flavor by the addition of cumin and other spices. I like Garlic and will use it as well.
