    1lb Ground Chuck (makes about 11.5 oz after browned, drained, rinsed)
    3 - 28oz Can Tomatoes
    3 - 15.5oz Can Pinto Beans
    1 pckg Wick Fowler's 2-alarm Chili Kit


Brown meat, drain & rinse.
Add tomatoes and pinto beans. Stir in Onion/Garlic, Cumin/Oregano and Paprika packets. Add 1/2 chili pepper, 1/2 red pepper and salt to taste. Cover and simmer 30 mins.
Mix masa with cold water to make thick, flowable mixture. Add to chili, simmer an additional 15-20 mins.
Top bowls as desired. Suggested toppings include shredded cheese and crushed saltines.
makes around 9 2-cup servings
