IntroductionThis can be done in a pie crust but I prefer it without. If you do it in a crust, pierce the crust and cook for 15 minutes before adding all the ingredients. 1 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese
0.50 cup Milk, nonfat
1 tsp Pepper, black
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 tbsp Hellmann's Light Mayonaise
2 serving Egg whites, Egg Beater Liquid Egg Whites
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
2 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
1.5 cup Asparagus, fresh
If you use the pie crust, you will have to add for the calorie count.
Saute onions in oil. Chop asparagus, add to onions and cook all until tender crisp. Add these to 9 inch pie plate. Cover with Swiss Cheese. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over items in pie plate. Cook for 25 minutes in 375 degree oven or until set and firm.
