Ingredients

    1 can cream style corn
    2 eggs
    1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
    2 TBL canola oil
    2 TBL sugar
    @ tsp baking powder
    3/5 tsp salt
    1tsp Cumin
    3/4 C shredded pork
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

spray 2 qt crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.

Put everything but cheese into pot and blend well

Cover, cook on LOW, 2 to 2.5 hours or until center is done

Pour cheese over top and let stand until cheese is melted
