Ingredients

    1 Bundle of fresh asparagus
    4 tablespoons Kraft parmesan cheese
    1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Wash the stems and steam in either a steamer or shallow pan with about 2 inches of water (just enough to cover and simmer with the lid on for about 5 minutes; drain the asparagus and toss with the EVOO and shake some Kraft parmesan cheese on it and toss. You can do all this in the colander and then plate.

NOTE: you can store fresh asparagus in your fridge by standing it up straight in a glass with about 1 inch of water in the bottom, it keeps it fresh
